Should I contact her?

I tried to explain and apologized to my ex so many times but she ignored me and finally she asked me to leave and move on. It's not because I'm cheating, it's just because of a small misunderstanding. I'm so sad, I began to think she doesn't love me like I always do, so I walked away, tried to forget her and went no contact.

It's been more than 2 months, yet she still checks on my stories and keeps liking my posts during no contact. While I never did the same things to her. Should I contact her or should I keep doing no contact and let her come? I actually want her back and really miss her. Thank you.

She said leave her alone so leave her alone. You keep ignoring her requests and selfishly trying over and over, so listen this time. She doesn’t hate you or have a problem with you so watching your stories is not a big deal. You need to move on.

Hello. Thanks for the answer. Lol I know it's not a big deal. I just won't do the same thing if I were her, she asked me to leave but keeps checking and liking my posts, that's why I asked, I just wonder why? Is that a normal things to do? I didn't ignore her request, I gave her what she wants though, she asked me to leave, then I never contacted her again. Well let's say she has moved on, maybe with another guy. Do you still want to stalk to your ex's social media for months?

Stalking is a very strong and unnecessary word in this case. She’s not going out of her way to search you up and like your pics or see if you posted on your story. I think you’re convincing yourself of this as a means of finding some excuse to initiate contact again because you miss her. But these are casual, generic things dude. If she wanted to reach out again in that way then she would. By all your previous efforts I’m sure she’s well aware that door is still open should she want to walk back through it.

I don't know what's the other term of stalking for "whenever I post a story, she always first to watch and like". I avoided all of her activities on social media though, I never likes, I don't even watch her stories since she broke up with me. Well' it's not an excuse, but I just wanna know what's her motives. I know I should block and unfollow her if it affects my mental health and sanity, but for some reasons, I can't, because she's a coworker. That would leaves me unprofessional, so I just let her be.

Saying it’s unprofessional is just an excuse dude. Your relationship has nothing to do with work. I highly doubt she’s the first to watch and like your stories every single solitary time you post something, but to play devils advocate, if she is then why does there have to be a motive? If she’s on her social media often it shouldn’t be a surprise.

Misunderstanding or not, she's done with you. Stop clinging, stop being a creep, and start doing yourself a solid and move on.
