I went through my boyfriend’s phone and he broke up with me, how do I prove I can trust him?

When my boyfriend woke up he caught me going through his phone and he broke up with me cause he says trust is the foundation of a relationship and what I did cancelled everything we had in his eyes. He refuses to give me another chance to prove him I can trust him. Can someone give me advice please? i love him so much I don't wanna lose him and I want to trust him and restart even if I found out he slept with one of his exs while we were on a break.

Why did you go through his phone? It means you wanted to know if he was cheating or talking to another girl. I think before getting sad and thinking what to do remember why did you firstly decide to check his phone?
Also do not beg him let him go like as he wished. If he cut you off that way trust me it means your Intuition was right he was cheating for sure. What you did was obviously “bad” but not something gravely to give up on LOVE this easily. Meaning he never loved you to begin with..
Forget him coldly as he did ! Best revenge you can do to is to find a real man you can always trust and have a family and be happy.

Listen. To. Him. If he needs space and wants to break up, it is selfish to ignore that and try to find a way to manipulate him into taking you back. Going through his phone and sneaking around to do it was wrong. Use this time to better yourself and heal from the past.

Kudos to your boyfriend for having a backbone it's bizarre to me that women think this is acceptable behavior. Personally a women going through my phone is an automatic eviction from my life. You have two choices.

1. Change your behavior

2. Keep the same behavior and hope for a lessor man that doesn't have as much respect for himself.

If he already doesn't trust that you trust him and that's a dealer for him, that's not something you can reestablish. If it's already over, then you need to try to move on
