Can I lose custody?

So my daughter posted herself twerking and just being explicit by asking sexual questions on social media and now her father has threatened to take her away from me. Is it likely i will lose custody of her?

Courts generally don't remove custody from a mother except in very unusual situations. This doesn't sound like one of those situations, but you should have a talk with your daughter about what she's posting.

He'd have to argue she picked up behaviours from an unsuitable environment. Where did she learn all that?
How often does she stay with him normally? How old is she?

I talked to her and deleted all social media, she said it’s what on social media and that’s why. He barely sees her and lives 6 hours away. He has only seen her once this year. She is 14
