I don’t think you can just leave to move in w your dad. He might get in trouble. Probably best to try to talk to your dad first. Then maybe your dad can talk to his lawyer to see if that’s an option. I’d think you were old enough to have a say in where you’d like to stay. Why don’t you want to live w your mom?

If you are 16 I'd say you are old enough to choose for yourself and it is not up to the parents. I'd guess that would be the case for just about all of the 50 states.
If your dad is ok with it and you want to move in with him then you can.
Courts almost ALWAYS just give women full custody just because they are women. I believe 50/50 joint custody should be the standard.
I don’t think you are able too. Depending on where you live, your dad could end up being arrested on allegations of kidnapping.
maybe seek legal advice or talk to your about about how you are feeling. Only if you are able too.
this is such a weird catfish
i hope you're not some just grown ass dude asking this lol

check laws in your state, I believe after 14, you have a say. probably have to go to court and talk to judge.
noone here knows what is right for you.
i agree with miris.
just say what you want. the parent received should arrange the legal stuff.
In the US, it probably depends on state laws. Elsewhere, I'm not sure. You should probably ask a lawyer that question.
Asking a lawyer or legal help place would be best starting point. Detailing the reasons etc would be a starting point.
It would be up to your Mom if she has full custody of you , since you are still considered a minor , when you turn 18 , you can do what you want
Your dad will get in legal trouble. You would have to talk to your dad and testify why you want to stay with him over your mom in court
Maybe if your mom mistreats you. A judge I would hope give custody too your dad.
if you are a minor no.
You would need to get your mom's permission.
Once you are of age in your state, usually 18 then yeppers. At 16 you may have a guardian ad litem. I would contact the office and see if you have an attorney.
Not without a legal process I don't think so or until you turn 18
I do not think so but maybe talk to both of them about your wishes
At your age many jurisdictions would give you a huge say if you petition for that change.
Your mom could have the cops come and get you back plus your dad could get in trouble.
That is a legal question. Why would your Mom object?
That would be between your mom and dad but in a few years she won’t have any say so….
Yes I think so, because when you turn 16, you have the right to choose which parent you want to live with.
That depends on the custody agreement
I dont think you can legally
