After we went our separate ways, it was mutual and we left on good terms although we didn’t talk. He would still watch all my stories, every single one. One month later, he seen me at a party. He wanted to talk but I was drunk, so I don’t remember much. I just remember him telling me we just didn’t work out and to text him when I made it home. I didn’t, I later texted him saying, “if you wanted it to work out, you could’ve.”. He never responded. I told him that because Its true because he wasn’t putting in effort after a while. Like not even the bare minimum. He didn’t want a relationship. The next day I apologized and asked if we could talk. He told me he wanted space and I kept asking because it was killing me that I don’t remember what was said, and I just wanted to have a good conversation about it and move on because my intentions are pure. I even offered to write him a note. He refused. Now he muted my stories. It kills me bc I don’t know what happened. I thought we could be cordial even after going our separate ways.

He didn't want to work it out he was just saying you didn't work out not much else to say really and he wanted space muting your story is a good idea the last thing you want after a break up is constant reminders of them so he did the right thing
But why come tell me that after we already discussed we didn’t work out. I thought that it was only right to have a conversation while sober and maybe just be friends.
You said you was drunk so it must of just come into conversation like yeah we didn't work out no worries in a friendly chat is all. No big deal
