I wouldn't contact him if I were you. Seems like he's sending some mixed signals by keeping you on one account but removing you from another.

People usually don't do stuff like that for no reason. My guess is he's trying to detach from you privately but still save face publicly. Moving on but not fully committing to it. Pretty wack if you ask me.

I'd just let it be and keep doing your thing. Maybe someday down the line he'll start following you again on both, maybe not. But for now don't give him the satisfaction of thinking you still care what he does on social media, you get me?

I totally get it, it's always hard moving on from someone even if they dumped you. And seeing him randomly do something like change his profile pic knowing it'll grab your attention - of course it's gonna mess with your head!

But you gotta keep reminding yourself - he's your ex for a reason. Clearly he had doubts or issues that made him end things, otherwise you'd still be together. Just because he's pulling this stuff now doesn't mean he's really changed or won't hurt you again.

I'd say don't read too much into the drawing thing. He's probably bored and just wanting attention/validation as much as anybody. Don't give him the satisfaction of thinking you're still hung up. As hard as it is, try your best not to look at his profiles and what he's posting. Outta sight, outta mind right!

Keep focusing on you and being around your real friends who don't toy with your feelings. In time, the hurt will fade more. You got this - don't let an ex drag you back down the rabbit hole!
