Why he removed me from his followers but keeps following me on insta?

so i blocked this guy from snapchat because i thought he was not giving me importance because he was replying late. and he never added me on his real insta account. then after 1 week he sent me follow request on insta by a fake account. i accepted it and i followed him as well but he then removed me from his followers after some days. i was his only follower on his fake account. why did he do so?
