Why did an ex delete me off social media and deleted his accounts as well?

I dont know what I did wrong. We were long distance for a few months and spent hours talking about meaningful topics and face timed but all of a sudden he started moving and rescheduling our FaceTime dates. He lives 5 hours away and visited me 4 times and I went up to see him. We always had fun, but after a 4 months he broke up with me over text and refused to talk to me. I told him if we continued to work out that I would move up there. I just dont know what I did wrong and why he deleted me off social media after I posted a song about one of my ex's. Please help me understand.

Maybe he met someone else or maybe he didn't want to have a relationship anymore? I'm sure he has his reasons. Don't dwell on it.
