Have You Ever Been Blocked by an Ex Lover/Partner? If So, How Did You Get Through?

I am currently going through this with an ex friend/lover. I was good to him and there for him. He never wanted a relationship but we would have deep conversations and talk til the early morning back in 2022. We had sexual relations once and he ghosted me for some time afterwards. I unfollowed him a couple of times, but came back thinking I moved on and everything was OK between us until he recently blocked me after commenting on his post, without any explanation. It hurts so much I don't know what to do. Have any of you gone through this before and if so, how did you move on?

I have not been blocked by an ex. All my relationships had no significant connection by social media.


Having said that, why would you want to connect with their social media? They are an ex. Their life, actions, and events shouldn’t even be relevant to you. Move on and let them be part of your past. You’ll eventually meet someone else and having an ex in your social media contacts will probably just be a source of drama anyhow.

Nope. I did unfollow some tho only because they were being weird even after I told them that I wasn’t interested.
