Depends on the couple. I’ve known people who got engaged after only a few months together. I worked with a lady who got married to her partner after they’d only known each other for 6 months. They’d been engaged since the second month. I’ve also known people who were together 10+ years before getting engaged. And there’s people who never get engaged or married, nothing wrong with that either. It is completely dependant on the individuals, their priorities and life goals.
