Why do women often leave their families after they have affairs?

It seems like when men have affairs they don’t ruin their relationships over family over it. Over the years I’ve seen women have affairs and ruin their children’s lives over sex with is something of no value like changing your life over a sandwich.

Women don't do so. But it happens. But same time men also do leave the family and abandon them for the affairs but it doesn't get noticed because more or less women do accept his responsibilities also and fulfill the responsibilities of both. She only get add one more responsibilities of earning money that's it. But men don't know how to make family so when women leaves he is unable to handle that side and resulted family gets ruined.

In my personal life experience men often just stay in the affair and not change anything. Women typically leave after an affair which seems strange, like sex is so important that someone would do that?

You are a human being of limited people around them who are limited to the society and culture thought process that exists around you. But this isn't complete picture na? It happens both ways. And sometimes men don't divorce just because he is afraid of losing half of his property and their wives compromise knowing everything just because she isn't independent and weak.
