How to stop breaking no contact?

I (21F) have been dating a (31M) & I will go no contact with him for 2-4 days, because he’s a liar and a manipulator, but every time I go no contact with him he will keep texting me & calling me. And he will reel me back in. Please give me advice on how to stay no contact.

Damn girl that really sucks what you're goin through with that guy. He sounds like a total jerk messing with your head and lying to you all the time. I know it's probably really hard to completely cut him off but you gotta be ruthless with this no contact thing if you actually want it to work. The first couple days are gonna be the worst as you're so used to talking to him all the time, but after that it'll start getting easier I promise. A few things that might help - like I said before, delete and block his number completely so he has no way of contacting you at all. Get rid of anything that reminds you of him too, like gifts, pictures, etc. Hang out with your girls as much as possible to keep your mind off him. When you start thinking about texting him or breaking no contact, do something to take your mind off it like go for a walk, work out, start a new hobby - anything to stay busy. Surround yourself with people who support you and build your confidence up. It'll be hard but you've gotta stay strong in yourself and know that you deserve so much better than some lying manipulative dude. Think about how happy and free you'll feel once you're not letting him mess with your head anymore. You've got this girl, don't let him win!

No more games you tell him it’s over….. give both of you closure and move on. Allow yourself to grieve this man you need to allow that to happen.

You can stuff it down, it can be denial, it can be anything. But there will come a point where you’ll be so glad you stopped playing stupid games with him. Because you know playing stupid games wins stupid prizes. You’re not stupid…. He’s responsible for the choices he makes and if he has a life of misery it’s on him. You need to be the bigger person.
