Take time to grieve what you lost. But remember that moving on. Is the best revenge. A lot of people still manipulate people via. Anger. Sadness. Depression. Hurt. Hate. The list goes on that they are inflicting on you. Especially if they want to make you look like the bad person. They do use those feelings to control you.
