What do you think of people who sleeps around to get over a breakup?

I’ve heard the saying that “to get over someone, you gotta get under someone else” but I don’t necessarily agree with it. I’ve seen people who hooks up with anyone and everyone right after they got out of a long term relationship, I guess it helps them get their mind off of the break up or they’re finally enjoying the freedom of being single again. I personally don’t see the appeal of hooking up but what do y’all think?

Sleeping around after a breakup is a personal choice. Some do it to cope, feel desired, or enjoy freedom. Others avoid it for emotional or personal reasons. There's no right or wrong answer, it depends on the individual.
