IM not trying to to make him jealous or anything I'm completely fine with everything and moved on just trying to understand what the hell is going on in guys mind a little more( guys think different then girls for sure)

If he always has girls available then maybe he's waiting for one that isn't 'so available', one who makes him work for it a bit. Him staying single has nothing to do with you, sounds like he would just prefer to be on his own for awhile. If he wanted to be dating you, he would be. I'd start looking another direction if I were you.

Moving on and being completely careless aren't necessarily the same thing. He might not want to be with you, but it might still be weird seeing you flirt with other people; he may also think you're trying to make him jealous... which is annoying.
