She likes me at work but won't text back

ok this girl I met at work has been flirting with me when I started working their (about 2-3 months). and the other day I asked her for her number and she told me she hoped I would ask for it. then she started telling me that she feels rejected by me because she's been hitting on me and I haven't been responsive to her at all, which is because I'm some what shy around new people and some girls. and after work she wanted me to walk to her car with her so I did. and I asked her if she was going to text me tonight, and she said yeah when do you want me to text you? and I told her 3 in the morning, just trying to be funny, and she said she would, but didnt. then the next morning I texted her at like 9 and asked why she didn't text me and she didn't answer. then later I texted her again and she answered and we talked for like 5 minutes and she just stopped talking to me. then later that night at like 12 she texted me and we talked for another 5 minutes or so and then I sent her something and she never responded. so the next day I texted her and she never texted back, then the next day I didn't text her at all and she didn't text me at all, and today I texted her at like 4 and its 9 now and she still hasn't texted me. and I don't want to make her think I'm some kind of creep or something that keeps texting her. they way she treats me at work I thought that I would get annoyed of her texting ME to much. she seems to want to talk/flirt with me at work then when I text her she just ignores me. the only thing I can think of that might of made her mad is the other day I was at my friends house and we had some drinks and I texted her and said hey cutie, and she never said anything back. I don't know if she took it the wrong way or what. so I'm not sure, should I text her or should I just leave her alone for a little?
