My girlfriend Donna had an abortion because we had an accidental pregnancy. I was fully supportive due to the fact that neither of us had kids or wanted kids. We agreed no kids=freedom and money.

Recently, it seems like me and Donna are not the same page. She doesn’t want children of her own but wants to play mom to other peoples children, and constantly pushing other peoples children in my face. Trying make to play dad to other people’s kids.

Donna wants me to inconvenience my life for her friend Lacey’s kids. Her friend Lacy has this nightmare child who out of control. Lacy’s daughter breaks stuff, screams nonstop, and not potty trained at the age of 4. This kid is the biggest handful. Yet Donna is always volunteering to babysit this kid whenever we have it planned to spend the day together, and constantly pushing Lacey’s kid in my face. The other day we had an argument because I didn’t want the kid sleeping in our bed. The kid ended staying in our room and ripped one of my sweaters and damaged my Xbox controller 🎮.

I planned a couples road trip for us to drive from Toronto to New York and Donna was gonna bring Lacey’s kid, so I cancelled. I figured there’d be no point in spending this kind of money and time on a trip just to deal with a screaming child. Earlier today Donna had the kid over and she damaged the carpet with glue. Gonna cost lots of money to repair.

I told Donna I’m not dealing with this bullshit anymore. Her response is “if you loved me you’d take care of her”.

Donna talks about adopting Lacey’s daughter, even wants to leave Laceys kids in her will. I don't know if this is grounds for a breakup!

My marriage ended over 5 years ago and I took off my ring before that. My ex-wife still wears hers and I think it's weird af. What's a normal amount of time to take off the ring?

I have seen many men Crash and Burn when it came to Basic visitation Rights. And how they In some cases even kill the child's father, for wanting to spend quality time with his children.

• If a man wants to be there for his children, They won't allow him (mainly The Mother)
• If he wants to be Part if his child's life , she denied him the Access.
• Father's who "want" to be there, are not allowed

Yes. Many women feel that Children need a Father figure... True , I won't deny that. And I would not take it away from them.

these Same People feel that Yes a child needs a father figure. "but that it does not have to be The Biological Birth-Father.

Lets say someone gains 40 pounds or so. Is that a good reason to break up with someone?

This is a person who you state that you love and always question yourself "What If" after breaking up with them due to your family members not agreeing that the color of your skin and theirs shouldn't mix years later. You could be already involved with someone else at this time BUT still think of them. If you were to go back with your ex... you "could be" disowned by your family members. Think about it deeply. Truthful answers only!

Question inspired while reading another question.

I have know my ex best friend for 10 years. She then became really toxic and we have had several blowups at each other. After our last blowup we have not spoken to each other in 3 years. She tried to apologize but I'm over it. It's a routine and she never changes. Then she began acting like nothing happened and started to initiate casual conversations with me.

She started telling me how she was going to move next door to me soon and expected me to be happy. I was furious. I lost it on her and told her it was a terrible idea. We are not friends, won't be friends and I'm done with her toxic behavior. I told her I want no part of this friendship that doesn't work and is filled with drama 75% of the time. I told her I will not speak to her if she's here.

She then made me the problem and told me I'm insane for not wanting her to live there and the issue was because I can't let things go. She told me I have no right to control her and began manipulating the details of the argument again.

I don't think I can dictate where she lives. I just don't like the idea of not being able to get away from the drama.

Am I crazy? Am I in the wrong or is she just being her usual toxic self?

A few days ago me and my ex had a nasty break up. She was disrespectful and I got angry yelled some really foul things at her. I was pissed drunk. I called her a slut, and made fun of her nearly getting killed by her ex husband. Should I apologize or leave it?

Dating in my 20s has been an absolute nightmare, I've matured greatly as a person and I'm aware of the mistakes I've made and the faults I've possessed/still working on. My question is have you ever realized you were the one causing issues or you were the cause of the breakup and do you feel any sort of regret for your actions?

What is the most common reason you would or have broken up with someone?

I don't know about you but i'd rather hear from their own mouth that they are no longer interested rather than them ghosting me. at least in the former i know for sure even if it still hurts.

When they ghost i still don't know for sure that its over. there's no exclamation point at the end of the sentence... so im left wondering 'is it over or not.' I don't tolerate ghosting anymore but even when it still happens it still hurts me more in the long run than if they simply told me it was over.

Well maybe you feel differently than i do. what do you think?
