It really depends on the situation and the judge at hand. Some women do deserve more. Others don’t. It depends on the situation and I’ve seen women get FUCKED in divorces. I’ve seen it happen a LOT. If you have some creepy white knight type judge or feminist. Well. Then they are sexist and favor women. I think most judges try to be fair.

in a lot of cases the men make more money. Not all. So…. Other times women have left their man. Because they ended up making more then then and got fucked in the end.

I’ve seen women who never worked a day in their life. Become homeless. I’ve seen people loose their house because they abandoned it.

They don't. Alimony is rare these days and is meant to balance the income it remains constant after the split. It doesn't matter who makes more - it is still split. It just happens that it's usually the man who earns more.

@handsomelad70 if it goes to court that's usually the result but the vast majority of divorces don't go to court. It is only if a spouse has a case for an even split but the other is resisting that divorce lawyers will suggest taking it to trial.

Usually they get a lawyer who shops around for a judge that hates men. They look at what her expenses are before the divirce and that is what the guy has to pay. If anything is left , he can try to live on it.
