Than why do I have to be the only short girl with a boyfriend who prefers tall girls? I'm 5'3 and my boyfriend is 5'9 and yet he thinks tall is the best. It makes me so insecure at times.
hahaha, the question is do tall girls want him too? The answer is most likely not. However, he is not seeing it from that perspective because the modeling industry only sees what men want. It is completely one sided
That's what I think too at times, but I never say it cause I don't want to hurt him. However he doesn't have a problem with saying he likes tall girls.
Just understand that PLENTY OF MEN love your height. I mean A GREAT AMOUNT. That is just one man. I can prove this is true based on my article and what I just told you.
I'm 5ft flat hahaha and this liking short girls thing is new to me. Nope most of the guys I've met online and IRL all want the tall model like women just #reality
I hear from all my 6'0 and above friends that they wouldn't date a girl under 5'8 or so because it would be annoying to bend down to kiss them. But i am 5'9 and 5'0 is the ideal height for a girl for me. I know 5'9 isn't very desirable for a guy, but if you were willing to date a 5'9 guy I'm CERTAIN he would be willing to date you. Maybe you jut need to go after shorter guys if your having trouble.

Actually, 5'9 is average height where i live. But the problem is that most women tend to be shallow and have unrealistic expectations of guys when it comes to height. That's why i like short girls so much because they aren't as shallow when it comes to height, and they actually appreciate my own height.

The only reason why most men like shorter girls, is because most girls like taller men. It's simple logic.

I am 5 “7 and my mom took me to the doctor to find out how tall I would be and he said 6 feet and I don't think its that's hard to find a guy there are many tall guys out there and plus you can be a runway model so your point
Haha, wait until you start dating. It says that you are under 18. So if you wear heels then logically you will be 6'4 and runway models have a lot of trouble finding taller men because men are not that tall. 50% OF FORTUNE 500 ceo's are 6 ft and above. That is essentially what you are looking for. I hate to break your bubble but you are letting Hollywood tell you that finding taller men is easy. In Hollywood men are typically 6 ft and you said you will be their height soon

No, you will have a hard time because those men don't typically exist because men aren't really that tall and the ones that you do find who are, will ask themselves why you. Shorter women are after them.

@anon There are lots of guys out there who love tall women! Please don't listen to that garbage. I'm tall and I've never had a problem with dating men, tall or short! If a guy has issues with your height it's his issue.

5'7 is SLIGHTLY tall for a girl, especially your age. I love tall guys though but it does seem most guys like short girls.

@Takeowner Actually, I'm not that tall. I'm taller than average but as I already mentioned on here, the "average" height statistics are flawed because it takes people from ALL AGES into account.
If you look at young people, let's say between 21-29 years old, the average height for a guy is about 5'11-6'0. I see a LOT of guys around my height in my age group. We are a very tall generation. The same can be said for girls, as I see a lot of girls between 5'6-5'8.

It's funny because people who bash tall girls put us in the category of tall but then tall girls who get "complaining rights" tell us we aren't tall enough because we aren't "that tall" and we are at the cutoff for being models. We can't win! Lol but don't let this jerk ruin your self esteem. He's just compensating for his own insecurity.
