Everyone thinks that nice nails are only important for girls, but if a guy has bitten down or oddly shaped nails it will turn me off a little, personally.

Earrings - This i have never gotten into, but have thought about it.
Tattoos - Check, have a massive Earth Transmutation circle on my back with writing containing both Norse and Germanic Rune text.
Nice Hair - Definitely have that (blessed with thick dirty blonde hair)
Nice Nails - Biotin + eating healthy + trimming = nice nails.
Abs - Given, and is a must where I live. As every guy has a six pack, or at least attempts to.

At first, I was like, "nice fingernails?" BUT I remember one guy I talked to had really small nails that just looked terrible. Yes, guys. Keep those nails at a normal human length (not a knub) and not long (like talons) and please keep them clean.

How about slightly longer than average nails? I don't like cutting mine too short, it feels weird and hurts. They're always very clean, even after working on cars, and trimmed evenly.

Agreed about that, I've never thought about guys having nice teeth, until I was kissed unexpectedly by a friend, who's teeth were half chipped and like orange from cigs. Now I always look for nice teeth.

Okay. I am not a moron. I know the definition of physical. Tattoos and piercings are not physical features. They are accessories and adornments, at least that is the way I look at it. Tattoos perhaps, because they are more permanent. Earrings can be taken out just as easily as someone takes off shoes.

Full arm tattoo attracts teenage girl , I don't think mature woman would like a guy with full arm tattoo, when you have tattoos all over your body , partially your profession has been decided , it's still not completely accepted. be honest I wouldn't hire a guy with full arm tattoo to do important jobs, cause he didn't think throughly before he put that thing on his arm or any visible body part.
