Here are my 3 major turn offs in dating.
1. Playing Mind Games
I don't woman that plays mind games with me because they're not being honest with their emotion. Also, mind games add additional stress I must deal trying to date her. Thus, I avoid dating woman that plays mind games with me.
2. Flirting with Me
I don't like flirting because I am not sure if it's a trap to lure me. If she flirts because she's interested me, express interest toward me directly instead of flirting.
3. Playful or Harmless Teasing
Playful or harmless teasing puts me in the bad mood because my body & brain is very sensitive to teasing. Hence, I would consider harmless or playful teasing as a major red flag because I view it as equivalent to bullying.

Well what should she do to get your attention then? Besides plain out confessing to feelings. Since that is way to scary to do before you've flirted a bit first.
If she doesn't have the courage to grab my attention without flirting, then she's not girlfriend or wife material woman.
