I believe everyone should find someone that they deem attractive and has a great personality. There is nothing wrong with that. I do think that you went a bit overboard (face symmetry etc.), but still, I get your main point.

How is this the right mindset? Being scared to be seen with someone unattractive is crazy? I see a mindset with some deep rooted issues. N being willing to take steroids is crazy... my ex was like this and road rage is a thing! Also, nothing sucks more than being unable to get it up! Hot or not , your girl will leave u. I've dated from all over the spectrum... n the most important thing to a woman is how her man treats her. Yes, I love that he is working on his outer person but JEESH, vanity is a sin for a reason... it does us no good to focus on looks. Its what's in the heart that matters! I see it like this: I can make the most luxurious, technologically advanced car in the world. Everything on the inside is perfect. Performance-wise, it's perfect, too. N as far as me dating someone on steroids, I didn't know he was doing them for a while into our relationship. You're entitled to your happiness but if someone can't except u without surgery, I say screw them. I honestly don't care how someone looks, I care about their hearts. Almost everyone I've dated has been someone I've known n fell for. there's a difference between self care n vanity.

It is a high focus, because i’m not overly emotional and I know what I want out of life. I don’t see with anyone but an attractive girl and if I have to do surgery to achieve that, the so what? Attractive women have standards (and relatively high ones for good reason) that I have to meet. I don’t want to sit around and question my girlfriend’s looks all the time. I know she’s not suppose to be pretty all the time, but I require that she’s physically attractive.
