There can be many reasons to cheat. Monogamy is very difficult, and life is fundamentally suffering. But even in the contexts of true betrayal or abuse, it's probably still better to just leave on those grounds than to cheat. And after that it's ok to get with whomever.
But those you mentioned are issues that do break down relationships, and unfortunately lot of women find that they can get by without changing, or at least acknowledging to those they've wronged that they ought to. So those womens actions do leave a usually long lasting impresson on us.

You can have preferences as soon as you dont try to change a masculine. If you like a feminine girl, you should date feminine girls. But what i dont understand is why a guy dont introduce her to his parents although he know she is masculine.

I don't agree with point number 3. Sex is not a necessity and is no excuse for cheating. But I agree with the rest from personal experience.
In an asexual relationship maybe, but not in one where both have a high sex-drive. There sex is really needed, almost on a daily basis to improve the bond. The strong bond then improve quality in sex and so it continues. Sure, no excuse for cheating. Cheating is explainable, not justifiable.
