3. Be personal

Every guy likes feeling he is wanted for who he is and not what he buys you so if you are always talking about your feelings and needs and thoughts and are humorous and carefree around him and willing to make errors around him - he will detect a sense of vulnerability around you and want to protect you.

4. Pursue your Own Happiness

A man will not like you if he doesn't believe he can make you happy so when you are starving yourself or acting like a gym rat to get his attention and shopping for hours and hours for clothes - he will get only temporary pleasure from noticing your beauty but he won't have the lasting pleasure of knowing he made another person genuinely happy.

5. Be Humble

I don't mean hating yourself or criticizing yourself - what I mean is you don't care if you look silly or quirky or foolish - you don't expect the guy to come by in a flying jet - you don't try to look like the model of excellence and perfection - you choose the comical Teletubby reputation over the photoshopped Tyra Banks aura.

It sounds wonderful and it is common sense advice (great list) but many men don’t care about finding the perfect woman anymore. Once we adapt to singlehood we become spoiled on it. After seeing the general population of women acting like self centered spoiled brats chasing crap and sometimes becoming stuck with crap, most men are clever enough (IQ above a carrot) to see through the ruse. It is like having a messy house that you hustle to clean for a visit but one with an eye can spot that you really live in a messy house. You can’t fix the root evil of a personality overnight. These women were trained since birth that the man is evil, worthless, that they don’t need a man and there is no form of superficial conditioning that can override deep-level propaganda man-hate programming. No woman is as open and as trustworthy as the feminazi. Women have lost the trust of men generally for ltrs. Personally, I am well off financially with high degrees and have all of the popular attractive attributes and I still only have short terms but very carefully given the legal pitfalls because unfortunately, I have been taught by society what makes a woman tick and it isn’t a pretty sight. Still a great take, I just think it is about 20 years too late.

I don't know what made your experience be that way. But it is a false narrative that all women are trained to hate men. In contrary some cultures, traditions, and religions train women to idolize and almost worship men.

This sounds like "be a nice person and maybe he'll eventually through you a bone" fallacy.

I would recommend instead to focus on what it is that makes someone "higher status" in your mind (usually a lot of people are higher in one area at the expense of being lower in another to consider you may actually have a lot going for you yourself that this other person does not in certain other areas of life that balance it out a lot more than you may know).

I would consider why you are so attracted to this individual in the first place and emulate those habits so that he will be attracted back in a couple months/years. Is he hot? You should also work out eat healthy and do the same to attract him. Is he rich? You should also work hard and do the same to attract him respectively in that realm. Is he family oriented and charming? You should also focus on those qualities in yourself to achieve the same lifestyle and the one you find so attractive as his. Then you'll attract your equal (which will also be the kind of people you're ideally attracted to back).

I didn’t know guys were different? I was told some dumb things via all of my rejections. My favorite was asking someone and they told me she was a lesbian, and I knew this wasn’t true because my friend let me hit on her because she wouldn’t stop bothering him. Guys DO NOT CARE about a girl's "social status." We care about physicality, as in how attractive she is, and her personality, specifically how kind and smart and loyal she is. We don't care at all about how much money she has or what her job is or how well-known she is and all that. As long as she works for her money and isn't completely destitute, that's all that matters. As long as she has at least a few friends, that's all that matters. As long as she's not just really fucking boring and spends all the time on her phone, that's all that matters. Status does not matter to a guy-- a guy will find a cafe barista just as hot as a celebrity movie star... whether she's hot matters to us, not her status.

2. What is the opposite? Someone who isn't useful is useless in a team.
3. Guys with sense for real equality don't want adoption of a needy and emotionally lost child as partner. Maybe some Muslim men are happy with such relationship, most western guys will get tired of this specific behavior very soon.

I didn't cared about the status, until these poor men cheated on me and tried to use me financially and sexually.

As a "rich" guy I can tell you that you can't *learn* what appeals to guys like me. It has to be natural. Speaking as a girl who has grown up in the 1% : whilst this myTake isn't the superficial one I expected, and has some genuine advice, I think it's also not quite right.

It's not that I discourage doing so, I mean, I'm lucky enough to already be quite wealthy, and my boyfriend is so much more than I am... but, it's not something I would recommend people to do. This sort of person only settle for the best, and if you dedicate yourself to doing so I think it will also have negative effects on you. We are talking about some incredibly clever people who will sniff out your intentions from a mile away. So my advice would be if you want a very high-calibre partner, you, yourself also has to be a very high calibre person - who is self motivated.
