The idea has a certain romantic quality to it, but romantic in the "that's not really how reality works" kind of way. In reality, that kind of behavior makes her look desperate and pitiable, which makes her look like the kind of person you really don't want to be around.

i think it showes that you really want to be with that person if you guys are talking and everything.. its not a bad thing to do. i was loyal to my girlfriend even though we were not official yet and same goes with her..
