Well, if you really like this guy, and he is a nice guy and everything. Then he really doesn't have a reason to lie. And if he does then you'll probably find out later. But there isn't a real way of telling if its someones first kiss. But something that small shouldn't matter if you actually like the guy. So, you should just not worry about it, and maybe bring it up again if your planning on having a relationship with him.

you can't, but if he seemed really nervous and the kiss was kinda bad/awkward that can suggest it was. although he could still be just a bad kisser or gets nervous easily

i don't really see how you could tell if it was his first kiss or if he had in fact kissed other girls before , not really sure it even matters that much anyways
