Asked a girl on a date and she said "sure". Now what?

I started talking to this girl and school is starting soon. She seemed interested while we were on snapchat and so I asked her "how about me and you go on a date to get lunch sometime" and she said "sure" with a cute selfie.

We haven't set a date and time yet. Should I talk to her in person and ask her about it again? Do you think she's interested?

Well if she said "sure " with a cute selfie I think u have a chance with her.. If a girl doesn't wanna go on a date with u or she isn't interested she won't waste her time with u trust me 😅 so yeah u could talk with her in person OR set the date and time by texts then just go meet up with her !
