This is our first time hanging out, out side of college one on one.. We met in Saleem Bart of this year.. We are going to eat and hangout downtown and he said he is going to pick me up and then he texted me that "he can't wait to see me 😍😍". Is he too into me.. It is kind of scaring me away slowly..

Do you not like him? It's pretty clear that he likes you. But if you're creeped out then you need to tell him you're not interested because unless you do he'll think he has a shot.
