Hello, I went on simply one date with a girl that I like.

I intend to ask her out for a second date in the coming weeks, when I'll be able to have some free time from work.

I was the one to text her merry Christmas, so should I wish her a happy new year too or will it sound too needy/clingy?

I really like this girl to be honest with you that I don't want to scare her off

I hope that you can give me some feedbacks on this situation.

Hopefully after the first date you have talked to her! If not, she will think that you don't like her and aren't interested. If you have talked to her, then yes, Wish Her A Happy New year.

Definitely, I even talked to her to schedule a second date but it turns out that I will be busy for a while and therefore may not be able to see her prior to 2-3 weeks unfortunately.

I won't waste more of my time thinking, and text her. Just need to feel it right 😝
