Wishing my ex girlfriend a happy birthday?

Im just wondering if I should wish her a happy birthday. We were great for about a year but the relationship wasn't really going anywhere and we both didn't see it going anywhere seriously in the future. However we do both still have feelings for eachother, I know this because I have received a few texts from her telling me that she misses me (which I've ignored). Although she was the one that ended it about a month ago should I break no contact just to wish her a happy birthday? We were both really close and such great friends and I know that if it were the other way round I'd be so annoyed if she didn't wish me a happy birthday. We both know that we will see each other as we go to the same college. Should I keep no contact or be the guy to text her I know it'll happen sooner or later either on her side or mine.

Look its still fresh, you have only been broken up a month. You both need to let each other go and heal. Obviously she is still vulnerable which is why she tells you she misses you. Someone needs to be the strong one, make it you and don't wish her Happy Birthday, do not contact her. She deserves to heal and move on and she won't be able to if you keep making an appearance. Also continue to ignore her messages or calls, harsh I know but its the only way to let go properly or if you have the balls then maybe just send her one very direct message saying that you wish to have no further contact and that you have moved on. End of story..

No move on. You're either a part of each other's lives or not. If you have been ignoring her texts then I think you're just playing games contacting her again wishing her birthday when you're been ignoring her.
