Somtimes she replies quick sometimes not. Is she interested?

There is this girl that I like and we chat via whatsapp very often. There would be times that she would reply quickly but there would be time that it would take hours. She would also often respond to our chat with another question that keeps the conversation going and would also sometimes ask where am I currently at etc..
One thing that is bothering me is I really can gauge this girl if she is interested or not because sometimes she replies fast and then sometime not?

She also sometimes share about her day to me like is she's late for work, events etc..

If you chat on social media and she doesn't reply as fast as you send texts then perhaps she just doing things that is keeping her busy at the moment and she doesn't have time to reply that second

replying quickly or not doesn't have anything to do with her being interested

Instead of trying to gauge her interest level based on how long it takes to respond to your nonsense texts, Why not ask her if she's interested?
