What to do with a guy who only texts me when it's convenient for him?

It's been 2 weeks since I started texting with a guy I never met in person (we met through facebook). He used to text me sometimes, but he seemed a nice guy. We never went out, so this week, on Wednesday, he invited me to go have coffee with him, but I already had a dinner with a friend so I suggested going on weekend. He said that he didn't know if it was possible for him to go on weekend, but he would text me saying if he could go. So 2 days after this invitation, he didn't sent me any text and that kinda pisses me off, 'cause it looks like he only talk to me when it's convenient for him. I don't want to go out with a guy who acts like this. If he appears and invite me over again, what should I say to him?
