Guys what makes you want to commit to a woman. What kind of qualities/actions are you looking for in order to commit?

Her commiting to me. I love my girlfriend and genuinely care about her. The thing is we've been through similar shit and her life is not easy, she's so precious and deserves everything in life, and she loves me a lot too. When I mentioned that I wanted to make her my wife she was ecstatic. I'm personally done with everyone and I want her and only her. So she doesn't have to do or have anything to make me commit, she genuinely loves me and wants me as her partner, that's more than enough. I guess you just have to find the right guy, because assholes and immature jerks won't commit.

While this is admirable. It depends on the guy. If you commit and he refuses to, I'd highly recommend any girl, to just step back and re-evaluate what you're committing to. When a girl commits to a guy, they give them self fully, so when a guy doesn't, it can damage a girl deeply. And girls are a bit careless who they commit to. (or at least from my own experience)

I can't speak for everyone. I think every relationship, has to go through it's trials. But when it came to me and my ex-wife. I like the fact I didn't feel like I was dating her! After we were together for 3 years I just didn't see a future where she wasn't with me everything we did we did completely without thinking and I feel that's what makes someone want to commit to one person for the rest of their life.

Alright , first of all , the reply twice was accidental. Secondly though , (what makes men want to commit ) ... The very nature we were born for. On a global scale , men aren't attracted to smart women who have ill attitudes. Men are attracted to kind women who are wise. A smart attitude woman is only destructive on all levels , while a wise and kind woman is all about building her future. We all have had to deal with life and its unfair and sometimes cruel experiences , but that's easily abolished through kindness and forgiveness. These two attributes are what's missing in today's men and women. All this artificial empowerment gives those with attitudes the ability to fight and be destructive , while a wise and kind person will take their power and build with it instead. Anything short of kindness and forgiveness , is designed and destined to fail.
