If a woman asks a man out to dinner should she pay?

Typically the guy is the one asking the woman out on a date, and it is assumed by our culture that he should pay too. So if the woman asks the man out on the date, is it only proper etiquette that she pay?

In my country it goes like this: if he asks me out to dinner he pays. If i ask him out for dinner i pay. If were getting something to eat together both pay their own meals. When one is paying for all of it, the other should offer to pay half. Just as a qurtesy.

If it's the first 10 dates, everyone should pay for themselves unless someone wants to fully/partially pay. Some people expect certain things when they pay for stuff, and that will help someone avoid being financially used. Dating is expensive!
