I actually wanna know the answer to this too, been curious about it.
It's usually the situation and location and whether or not it would be appropriate to approach her without looking stupid.
If she's working, being rude to someone else, in public, walking down the road, attitude, body language, and the fear of the guy offending her by a respectful approach.

Also, let's be honest, when you see a very pretty girl, you won't think she can be single. You'll be pretty sure that, pretty as she is, she probably have a lot of guy running after her, and therefore much more chance to find one she likes.

What bothers me is that you ask for guys opinion and when you don't like what they have to say, you automatically tell them to "stop hating on women." Why are you taking the time to ask them if you don't want to hear their honest opinions? What do you want them to say? Clearly you don't want to hear the truth or how they feel from their perspective. These guys are saying MOST women they encounter are like this, not ALL women. So retract the claws and just hear them out. You might actually learn a different perspective.
