It's intimidating in the sense that I fear I won't be good enough for her.
But it's not a turn-off, whatsoever.
I think I would love it. I would adore her for her accomplishments.
Women wish so much that they can be "intimidating" towards men. No it's not intimidating. Most men just know their league and stick to it.
So it's not intimidating but you know that you aren't good enough. Okay, makes sense.
Are men intimidated by women they deem below their league? No, humans just tend to gravitate towards similarity. It's not common you have someone with a PhD marry someone who didn't finish Highschool.
There are women above your league, too. I know, hard to believe, but it's true.

It's definitely not a turn off. In fact, my wife graduating college helped kick my ass into shape. If I hadn't been there when she walked, I probably wouldn't have my degree right now.
