Is a man with poor social skills unattractive?

I know a man who has social skills that are as bad as Borat and that's not a joke. He looks good though. Due to his good looks, many women are happy to ignore this quality. Is this an unattractive quality in a man?

Yup used to be extreamly socially awkward and I’m gonna be honest every single woman thinks it’s a disgusting trait, not only unattractive it’s absolutely repulsive to them, I spent many years working on my self confidence and self worth before I had enough confidence for women to take any interest in me, now the ladies can’t get enough, but ya poor social skills is how 40-50 year old virgins exist
