Boyfriend won’t forgive me after fight?

A few days ago I told my boyfriend I love him for the first time and I thought he felt the same way. He doesn’t, yet. But my logical mind wasn’t working then as I felt very upset and stupid for saying it so I didn’t react great and according to him “made an issue out of nothing” fair enough I regret being upset.

Its been 2 days and he is still pissed off and won’t talk to me. I’ve apologised and said I was upset at the time and shouldn’t have said anything. He said I can’t take back what I said and the damage is done. I asked him does this mean we’re breaking up he said no we’re not, i just don’t know what to say to you.

What else am I supposed to do? He won’t talk to me but hasn’t broke up with me

so he is mad because you confronted him about him not having an emotional attachment to you because you have one for him? i think he is being extra at this point tho

Pretty much along the lines of me getting upset that he doesn’t feel the same way yet and I thought he would cos we’ve been together long enough and maybe he never will if he doesn’t now. Which when I calmed down the next day I realise everyone falls in love at different times. And he basically said I threw a tantrum for nothing and who am I to make statements on how he feels. So he’s really mad even 3 days later

@VIVANT I don't get it either, but whether I understand it or not, the fact is he's upset. I don't agree with his reaction, but he's entitled to his feelings. He's dealing with it in his own way.

I think hmm I can understand both dudes but while you realize you reacts quickly he’s the one holding a huge grudge and it concerns me how angry he is.

I mean you were upset he doesn’t feel the same which is understandable... You regret saying that which means you are recognizing while it was upsetting it is something he’s doing to you. It just is what it is. Which is logical.

What exactly is he angry about. You did not actually do anything to him. You got upset then apologized. He’s pouting over I’m not sure what.

Whst is it so horrible that you can’t take back. 🤔 seems like an excuse to be angry. Maybe something rude is bothering him.
