What Piano Song to Learn for her?

My girlfriend wants me to learn a song for her so I can play it for her. I'm not a very skilled Pianist but I know my way around enough to play a handful of covers that are slightly above basic. I guess lol.

Any Love song suggestions out there that aren't impossible for a beginner to learn but still sound nice?

Backstreet boys has some good music but is hard for beginners - Mariah Carey’s oldies from 1995-1998 sound very good on a piano - I also bought a book in high school called 100 love songs (on the piano) try to get that if you can find it
