Introvert- A person more willing to keep to themselves, stay home and stay in their comfort zone.
Extrovert- A person more willing to be around others, learn new things and party
I’m an introvert and it’s heavily genetic. My mother and grandfather on her side are notorious introverts.
I’m not “shy”. I can be outgoing when I want something. I do have the balls to approach women I like. But still most western women don’t like introverted men. It’s sad because once if they look past their shallow prejudices they might find that introverts tend to be deeper thinkers and are often very intelligent.
We just hate meaningless chatter ESPECIALLY gossip. When I hear people talking shit about other people I automatically assume they are talking shit about me. I have no respect for that.
That's fair. There are different pluses on both sides but overall it just comes down to preferences. I prefer that type of more adventurous love of mountain climbing and speed dating though others like that cozy love of cuddling in the middle of a movie. This introvert over extrovert debate is interesting to see, so thanks for adding your opinion :)
It’s tougher for introverted guys trust me. That doesn’t mean we can’t get dates and relationships. But still women are more quick to judge that.
I am an extroverted introvert. I am an introvert at heart but some people think I'm an extrovert. I would prefer to date the same or an introvert.
I dated an extroverted woman for 3 years and she had ZERO understanding of my need to be alone and contemplate things. She took offense to that for some weird reason.
Preferably an introvert or ambivert.
Considering I'm an introvert, I don't like being around extroverted people for long periods of time; it literally drains me talking too much or being around outgoing people too long. I couldn't imagine dating someone that liked to talk and go out all the time! It wouldn't work out at all.
I'm happy just having a quiet evening in, watching tv, or spending time having a conversation with someone I'm close to.
Yeah I hear ya. I'm more of an ambivert.
I prefer introverts. I have a thing for shy guys. Also, I could be wrong, but introverts seem like they would be more likely to be faithful since they don't get out as much and don't have as much opportunities to meet other people.

If we are going with the typical definitions, I prefer ambiverts.
Extroverts can be irritating.
There needs to be a balance. I want someone where I can explore the world with sometimes and others spend watching a good show or movie under the covers.
Bit of both, I like her to be confident in social environments. But I like to spend quiet time alone with her. Because most of the time I don't like extroverts much, can't be around them for extended periods of time.
Be alone it gives you time to think. Anti social behaviour in a world full of conformists is a sign of intelligence.
Introvert! I’ve found that the conversations I have with a person who’s introverted are more meaningful.
I'm an introvert, so I'm torn on this. An extroverted girl will get me out my comfort zone. But introvert girl will understand my needs better
A mix between the two ideally, but introvert if I had to choose.
I'm an introvert, so really, another introvert would match me well. But, my girlfriend is an extrovert and we are great together... she doesn't like to go out much, so that even makes it better.
In my born city right now so I am Introvert, but when I am in other cities in like to be extrovert. So as long I need to meet new people to discover the world, I'll choose an extrovert girl.
Rather be an extrovert. Being introverted works when you're young but as you get older those people are always miserable
Extroverts by far. *FINALLY* I won't have to carry conversations on my back :/
Agree with that. My ADHD makes me feel overly uncomfortable when there's a silence while chatting. Need another extrovert to balance me out
Nowadays its not easy defining introverts and extroverts concretely.
I'm a pillar in this community and morale for the masses and an introvert with extrovert tendencies.
What does that even mean.
@sensible27 It means that I'm only an extrovert on my terms.
No I was referring to the first part, I have seen you write it on other answers too.
@sensible27 It's comedic commentary on my singular importance (or anyone's importance) on this fantastic site.
Extrovert... Can't stand hiding from the world and being in lock down all the time
Having been both I definitely prefer being extroverted. Makes life a lot easier.
I am definitely an introvert, I have issues with clouds and being around a bunch of people. I get really uneasy.
thank you for explaining : ) i think i'd really like either, i like the cat🐈
I want to be with a girl who is somewhere in between
I'm an introvert and I'm happy too, just a little confidence would be appreciated
I have actually always preferred to date outside my comfort zone 😉😉😍😍
