Why do women make guys chase them, then get upset when the guy inevitably loses interest?

I liked this girl at my job, who seemed to like me as well. I was in a relationship, but I was willing to leave the relationship to be with her. Being that I chased her for months only for her to friendzone, I stayed with my now fiancée.

She then seemed to develop feelings for me after I stopped chasing and to get back at her I played a bunch of mind games and told her in the end that I don’t see her in that way. I realized that I was the catch and that I don’t have time for these games. Now she wants nothing to do with me and is apparently dating some guy that no one knows about.

Why do women do this?

It sounds like in this situation, this girl just knew better than to fool around with another woman’s man and/or fool around with someone that she has to work with. 🤷🏽‍♀️

Women's that does games or shiet like that, won't love someone truly, they're playing with feelings and then try to get into your life. Many girls and women's are like that, seen it.
