Six months is pretty early to be moving in together. Do you feel like you're ready to move in with him? Have you discussed how bills and chores will be split? Could you be around him all the time without arguing or getting on each other's nerves too often? More importantly, what does your gut tell you? The very first second he asked you to move in with him, were you super excited or did you think it was too soon? Whatever your gut reaction was, I say go with that. Your gut instinct is rarely wrong.
It's a bit early, but you can compensate for that by being more sexually active and adventurous with him. Put his pleasure first more often and he'll actually come to see you as marriage material.
