Is he flirting with me or he’s just aknowledging my message?

The guy I like heart reacts/likes my messages often and then replies to the same texts too after liking them when we chat in the Instagram DM’s. One time he heart reacted my texts 3 times during one conversation.

Here’s example of what kinda messages he usually likes and how it looks after he ”likes” my message

by the way we’re not friends and we barely know each other.

I think you're reading too much if you barely know each other. That's probably his style and he may do it with everyone. Wait and see where it goes
