Is he flirting with me or he’s just aknowledging my message?

The guy I like heart reacts/likes my messages often and then replies to the same texts too after liking them when we chat in the Instagram DM’s. One time he heart reacted my texts 3 times during one conversation.

Here’s example of what kinda messages he usually likes and how it looks after he ”likes” my message

by the way we’re not friends and we barely know each other.

Depends on the platform too. If it's on fb where he can like it instead, it could go either way. If this is on insta... they're all heart reacts lol.

Okay, I just noticed it's Instagram. Instagram only has options to heart react. It most likely doesn't mean much lol. Heart reacting to a "Good luck" is basically a "thanks for wishing me good luck", I think.

by the way he’s watched every single story update of mine in this pst year and when I’ve replied to his story updates out of nowhere lol he’s replied back to me within 10min. One time it took him 30min (he was out with his friends)
On top of that he uses a lot smileys when he chat with me, laughs at even if I make slight mark and hearts my message. Is he just friendly in your opinion?
