I don't think intimidated is the right word. A woman being muscular means she clearly puts effort into bettering herself, which is a big turn-on. I would be slightly wary because if she's very involved like that in every other aspect of life (you know the miss-no-days-off kind of person), I may not be able to keep up with her because I tend to be more laid-back.

No. A person whom takes pride in their appearance and their health is very attractive to me. When it gets unattractive is when they obsess over their appearance or their physique. Vanity and narcissism create problems that go way deeper than the skin.
