Yes for a few reasons.
1 is the same reason a man would be intimidated. The "too good" factor. So if looks are important than a super good looking guy would intimidate them.
2. A lot of women cannot handle the fact that their man would look better than them. I've heard this one before. If the guy looks better than the girl it will make her feel bad about herself knowing her man looks better than her.
3. Some get worried the guy would be too self-absorbed in himself to be good in a relationship.
4. Some guys actually look gross when they put on so much muscle to the point where it is no longer attractive.
In my experiences it hasn't stopped them, but girls are more guarded around me because they find me kind of intimidating (as opposed to one of my scrawny friends that can do anything and they don't feel threatened) however they like a guy that they know can protect them so it is a bit of a paradox
Yes, but only because of our healthy survival instinct. Whenever I see a really buff guy I find it a bit intimidating because of how much bigger he is than me. It's attractive but intimidating at the same time. Like, what if he get angry really easily? One punch in the face and I'd be dead as a door nail.
I've never been intimidated by a man JUST because he was muscular. If he was acting out in a threatening way, THEN I would, haha!
I don't really like the look of a man who's SUPER pumped, I think some men take it too far. But just seeing a man who's overly muscular doesn't intimidate me.
Only reason I'd get intimidated would because they're probably extremely hot, but not because I think he cares too much about his body, and doesn't have time for other things.

I think it's intimidating in my own prospect, after suffering abuse when I was young, but I definitely don't see a ripped guy and think he's shallow. If anything whenever I see these men I think they must be really committed and have will power.
Intimidated and feel nervous of course some do, if they are also attractive.
I have never seen a girl bitch about an athletic guy, it seems more of petty jealously they can't get boyfriend with abs and sh*t.
Ehh they make good eye candy and give off that "bad boy alpha male" aura but I do t like dating meatheads.
I think it just comes off as too vain. Of course we all should be in good shape, but overdoing it for men and women kind of just seems too shallow.

Depends on the confidence of the woman. Just like a man with low confidence can be intimidated by a pretty girl, girls with low confidence can be intimidated by good looking guys.
Sometimes if you're in good shape girls might feel like they are not good enough for you...
like if you're ripped they think you might only like a really thin girl or fit look body type
I mean I am small so yess I would. I think others wouldn't mind but it depends to what extreme. Like if he spends 24/7 at the gym then...no.
