A few hours ago.

I came to Gainesville to take care of my girlfriend as she is recovering from surgery that she had last week. I had to take her to the ER earlier today. Her surgery had a good outcome (pathology report indicated very low grade benign tumor removed, clean margins, no long term consequences) but she is having difficulty recovering from the procedure. She tries to be a tough little soldier but I know she feels overwhelmed, so I leaned over and kissed her on the forehead to comfort her. And then she took my hand in her hand and gave it a little squeeze, and we knew everything would be okay.

As for kissing men/romantic/intimate kisses I don’t really like it unless I love the guy. Kisses are too intimate for fuck buddies and one night stands (not that I’d ever sleep around). The last time I pecked my boyfriend was a while ago. We don’t meet often due to lockdown. The last time I saw him we didn’t even hug cos he was with his uncle and it’s rude to do that in front of elders and relatives in our Indian culture.
