Why would he give me a phone call at night and could talk for hours?

If a guy love to make phone call to a girl at night starting from 9 pm and could go for hours just because he wants to talk to her, is that normal or does it means nothing at all? He is very talkative and cute along with his pick up line jokes. While me, a less talking girl and I let him do most of the talk. He ask me to open up to him and share my stories for him as he did. I didn't do much because I am shy. We haven't met because busy with our schedule. He text me everyday and call me at night. This have been going for more than two weeks. Should I let my walls down? And does his action indicates he have feelings for me?
