Met a girl at a party and we really clicked, I had an amazing with her, I asked her for ig and she hasn’t accepted or denied it, it’s been a week?

For some reason I can’t get her out of my head, we really vibed, she said she really liked who I am and that she thinks I’m really funny and would love to get to know eachother. Was even telling her friends in front of me how great I am. Towards the end of the night we’re hanging out with everybody and before I left I asked her for her ig but it’s been like a week Now I’m just kinda stumped as to why she didn’t accept nor deny my request? I’d love to get some advice on this as I really clicked with this girl and it kinda makes me feel weird that we had a really good night and I can’t even talk to her again until the next time all my friends meet up which is like once every 2-3 weeks. I did hear that she might’ve had a boyfriend but I’m not entirely sure, thoughts?
