My ex and I split up because my parents didn't approve when we was younger, a few years ago i went back to my old neighbor he lives there we have the same friends they said he was asking about me so i told my friend to give him my number and we talked even kissed but after a few days he said he was having issues with his kids mother so i stopped talking to him. Now i seen him again in the street he asked me to go get coffee and we talked and than we hugged he said we should do it again but we didn't exchange numbers because he invited his family and I didn't feel it was appropriate. I sent him a friend request on fb a year ago and after seeing him a month ago he just accepted my friend request today but didn't message me on fb😟 I message him my number but no text or call he did open the message today... do you think he's still interested or do you think he's just being friendly? I been in love with this man for 17yrs I never stopped loving him or thinking of him but I think I may be getting my Hope's up

No way he isn't interested. He asked you for coffee. You kissed. And he hasn't replied to your text yet because he's nervous and wants to think about what he's going to reply.

You get those hopes up. I think things are looking good as far as him being interested go. It likely confused him when you stopped talking to him when he was having issues with his ex. (unless something about the specifics called for it).

You have a once in a lifetime chance to rekindle a love you thought you lost. You need to just go for it!! 🙂

I will definitely wait for his reply... we both live only a few blocks apart now so we most likely will see eachother and have to talk again. 7 years ago when we was talking again I stopped talking to him after I told him to work it out with his daughters mother she's deserved that chance and I wasn't breaking up a families chance of happiness but they didn't work out so now I have a chance I think... i miss him so much and i hope that even if he dont feel the same about me anymore than at least we can be friends we have years of history we both grew up with same friends our families was friends... he is my first and only love even after all these years❤ I sent my number to him just think I need to wait dont want to send another message that's stalkerish lol

Yes your completely right... the reason I stopped talking to him after we reconnected 7 years ago is because I didn't want to come in between anything so I let him go again I think he still is upset I just stopped responding to his calls n text smh

He actions seem very wishy-washy to me which is a sign he probably has too much on his plate to even go for love at the moment. He has a kids and ex wife. Maybe wait for him to initiate anything and go from there, otherwise I wouldn’t entertain it anymore. You are going lengths for a guy that isn’t being direct as to what he wants from you.

I’m 23, and depending on the kid, they can be a lot. Lol I’m fairly independent but my brother is a hand full and he is also my age, but yeah honestly just let him come to you. Men are these types of people where you have to give them a only a little bit of you and they start to crave you eventually. Maybe the little actions you did , will make him eventually reach out to you.

Yea I know I have a 21yr old daughter and she can be a lot sometimes but also we are very close love my baby... your right though just leave it as it is maybe he will reach out... I was so surprised after I sent him that friend request months ago and seen him a month ago I woke up to him accepting my request... we do live in the same neighborhood now so I'm afraid i will bump into him and it will be awkward lol
